Brick & Bean Coffee is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Baristas to join our team in Tomah.
At Brick & Bean, we believe a great cup of coffee begins with genuine hospitality. Our Baristas create a welcoming experience for every guest while preparing quality espresso drinks, coffee, pastries, and more with care and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive customer service.
- Prepare espresso beverages, drip coffee, teas, and other menu items to Brick & Bean standards.
- Take orders and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar, dining area, and pastry case.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
- Work collaboratively with teammates during busy morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
- Learn our menu and confidently help guests find something they'll enjoy.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of serving people.
- Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous barista, restaurant, retail or customer-service experience is helpful, but we are always happy to train the right person.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
